Kyoto & Osaka

Oddly enough, one of the top things I was looking forward to about Japan was staying in a capsule hotel. I'm not really sure why, but I've wanted to do it for a few years now. So as we were looking for places to stay in Kyoto, where almost all hotels were full or incredibly expensive, we took the chance to book our capsule experience! We went to Tsukiji fish market to look around, and ended up in a restaurant with a revolving conveyer going round with plates of sushi. Before this trip I'd only ever had California rolls and things like that, but I was anxious to try more. I absolutely loved it. Without knowing the difference, I just felt that this sushi was fresh... Whatever that means. Lain on the oth...
