Chasing Waterfalls

 My parents arrived from their two or three-week adventure around Europe and I wanted to go on one last trip with them before they had to leave. We came up with three options and I'm so glad we all agreed to go on the trip I wanted to go on. I've been wanting to go to Croatia because I heard it was beautiful!  We flew into Milan and picked up our rental to get to Pula. On our way, we stopped at a restaurant where Alastair had eaten before. The food was so good, the views were amazing, and there was a trampoline where Emre could get his wiggles out. He's so good with traveling and being in a car, but he's still a kid and needs to have some fun as well! So it was perfect! There was quite a ridiculous moment in Italy, looking for a grocery store. Phase 2: Around the Alps in Three Days

I'm thinking back on this part of the trip, kind of amazed that we actually pulled this off. We passed through eight countries in three days, driving over 1,300 miles. Kind of wild, very rushed, very worth it! The goal was just to pass through as many countries as possible, seeing what we could from the car. We started in Milan and drive through Mt. Blanc. We stopped in Geneva, Switzerland for the night, before heading through Liechtenstein, Austria, Germany, Slovenia, and doing in Pula, Croatia for the night. We then went back to Milan to watch AC Milan vs. Sampdoria, surrounded by the ultras. The highlights of the trip were the following: Gorillas visit Connor We decided we would go and visit Connor on his mission in Geneva. I didn't want him to be the guy who's brother visited him, so we decided to go in disguise and not tell him we were going to be there.
